How has B&B maintained its industry leadership?
Buehler & Buehlers' active participation on code committees is an integral part of what keeps it on the cutting edge of the most recent developments in structural engineering. Add to that a philosophy of constant continuing education through seminars and engineering courses, and you have the basis for Buehler & Buehler's ability to continually deliver state-of-the-art structural engineering.
For example, Buehler & Buehler currently has a principal serving on both the Code Committee and the Seismology Committee for the Structural Engineers Association of California. In addition, a principal at Buehler & Buehler was one of the seven co-authors of the 1999 SEAOC "Seismic Design Manual." Buehler & Buehler's participation on other code and regulation committees includes:
- SEAOCC co-author preparing the 1997 UBC Code Applications Manual
